Hi there!

My name is Christa, I am a wife and step-mom to an incredible 6 year old almost 7 year old! I have a coffee addiction and work in the medical field when I'm not using my creative skills! I grew up in a family of creatives. My parents and sister have successful careers in photography, so I've learned to appreciate photogenic details. I enjoy capturing the posed family photos but love capturing your family in their natural element of cuddling, laughing, tickling, and just being with one another.

When I was younger, having my photo taken was not my favorite activity. I remember how stressful it was for my parents and how much my sister and I wanted the shoot to end. However, as I've grown up, I've realized the importance of documenting life. I love capturing the intimate and special moments that families share with each other.

I enjoy exploring and traveling to new destinations to take photographs. I offer a large guide of locations around Chicagoland but am always open to new spots!
